Field Preparation
Soil prepared with farmyard manure, GoKrupa Amrut and fermented enzymes to create a nutrient rich foundation for healthy root systems, complemented by drip irrigation lines that precisely deliver natural nourishment directly to the soil.
Planting Begins
Only the best selected garlic cloves are planted across the field to ensure uniform, export quality growth and strong Himalayan garlic bulb formation. Organic corn and wheat straw are applied as a natural mulch to support the crop by retaining soil moisture, regulating soil temperature, and suppressing weed growth naturally.
First Sprouts
Healthy green shoots emerge uniformly across the field, indicating successful germination, balanced soil moisture, and a well established nutrient base. This early stage reflects strong root activation and sets the foundation for consistent growth and high quality Pahadi Lahsun bulb development.
Leaf Growth Stage
Plants enter a phase of vigorous leaf expansion with a bright, healthy green colour, reflecting efficient nutrient uptake, active photosynthesis, and strong early stage vegetative growth essential for high quality bulb formation.
Bulb Development
Bulb Development With cooler temperatures, the plant shifts its energy below the soil, initiating bulb formation. This stage focuses on steady bulb sizing and density, driven by balanced nutrition and stable soil conditions, leading toward uniform, high quality bulbs.
Maturity Stage
The garlic crop progresses toward full maturity, with bulbs reaching their final size and structure. Field visuals and detailed progress updates will be added as this stage approaches.
Harvesting Stage
At harvest, the garlic is carefully lifted, and graded to meet export standards. Bulbs are prepared for international dispatch with size consistency, quality control, and traceability in place, allowing shipments to be routed to the most suitable export ports based on buyer requirements.
